Okay so its been 2 weeks since ive purchased any corals. i went to the lfs to get water for the last two weekends but resisted any purchases til my water was in a little better condition. so two weeks in now and water is lookin up. yay. but i am totally itching to shop for some corals! i want to go so bad and see what kind of good "stuff" they have or nice frags of zoos. ugh. i am trying to resist! anyone else ever feel like this? that you really wanna go coral shopping!
i told my bf already that he could get me a giftcard for the lfs or online coral retailer for xmas .... pathetic!

I feel ya Amanda!

It starts getting real bad too, especially when you start rationalizing with yourself why you need to go. Like "Oh, ... no the LFS employees miss me. I should go say hello." As if... :D

The "itch" sounds more like a mental dependancy....have you ever considered reef-hab?? Hahaha. No but seriously, I know what you mean, Ive got some corals that just dont fit in but they look cool. Dunno why I bought them. Must have more!!

Amanda you have kids, If you do, Have you ever ask them if they want CANDY?
Thats the very same reaction we do.

hahaha i like that coral diver that was perfect and its true kid in candy shop= us in a fish shop :)

What is better is when you use the kids to got to the fish store.......... " Honey.... Nik wanted to go to the fish store to see all the different fish.... then she got all upset and crying and I just had to get the goby that she couldn't live without......oh...and the shrimp and wrasse and palys too.....she was crying hysterically.....what did you expect daddy to do about it.. let her cry..... gasp...shame on you mommy!!!! Lets go back to the store Nik...... mommy wants us to take the stuff back....... And then the tears come..... +4 for the reef!!!
