No on fungus.
It looks like a mild mechanical injury to me, like a net or another fish attacked your angel. Whatever, the E. mycin is a great treatment and will give your fish the best chance of a full recovery. I think its going to be fine before the end of the week.

Epsom salt is a single dose.
Go ahead and dose, it's just magnesium. No harm no foul. Might help.

I would dose the erythromycin now as well

If the infection does not clear up 100% by the 5th dose (5th day) of Erythromycin, what would be my next course of action?
I did a 65% water change last night, then dosed some more Epsom salt to make up for the water change then dosed yesterday's antibiotics after the water change.. eye looks a bit better but it's still there.. she is much more active now though after the water change... just want to get my next course of action ready/get whatever medications now before I have to go that way..

If the E mycin is working, but not fully improved I would plan to go 10 days (+5) with it to finish the microbes off.

She is still blind in that eye.. do you guys think she will regain eye-sight? How/what can I do to help heal the eye faster/better and increase the chances of her seeing from that eye?

Not much else you can do besides keep steady with the antibiotics... there is a chance she could lose the eye entirely, but I think by the pictures she has a pretty good chance at full recovery.

I would most definitely do 10 days of the maracyn, regardless of how much better she looks after 5 days...

And if you’re not doing so already, soak her food in a vitamin supplement like vita-chem or selcon.

Okay, sounds like a plan.. when should I be worried if the eye stops looking better? How long does it usually take to clear up? Would it be a good idea to add another kind of antibiotic on top of the erythromycin? Like Maracyn Two (minocycline)? Or?

Sorry if it's been mentioned have you checked for flukes?

I agree with @ngoodermuth's above post all you can do is what you are doing. If flukes are present you may need to address that as well.

I did a 5 minute freshwater dip the day she got the eye infection and there is nothing on her.. no flukes at all... nothing fell off of her.. then after the freshwater dip I gave her a 90 minute Acriflavine MS bath a dosage of 1mL per Gallon. Then after starting Erythromycin (Maracyn) I also did a single dose of General Cure like you told me to just to be safe then will do another dose of General Cure on day 7...

I also ordered 250 grams of NFG (Nitrofuracin Green) from National Fish Pharmaceuticals and should have it next week on Monday just in case...

It seems there is a hole in the cornea of the eye and possibly the gel that's coming out is the vitreous humour and/or the lense. Sorry but I believe the vision has been lost. Good luck.
