Please see picture. TEST A FAIL .
I sent the unit in for service. The problem is when I disconnected the unit I did not go through the proper protocol of shutting down the unit. I am wondering when I get the refurbished unit back. I am worried that setting it up will be an issue because I didn’t shut it down the proper way. Is there any way to clear this test A fail and so that it will be ready for hook up. I want a smooth set up process when I get it back please help.

It should reset after a successful test of the original Trident. The only way I know of to remove it without doing that is to delete the module in the modules section. If you get a different Trident back, you will probably have to delete the old module anyway. Any alarms you have setup will have to be reprogrammed also.
