Fairy wrasse bouncing on tail Help!

My fairy wrasse had been doing great, the last couple days his swimming was a little off. But now he swims like he's drunk. His tail is all clumped together and he's bouncing on it like a pogo stick instead of swimming. Help! What's going on?

UPDATE---Poor Flash succumbed to whatever was ailing him. He tried swimming and hopping around, but alas it wasn't meant to be. RIP Flash
