I’ve kept and killed my fair share of LPS. RIP trachy. I saw a cheap 2 head trumpet at my LFS for really cheap. Never was really a fan but liked the neon green color. So I got it. Share your pics and/or experience with LPS.

I would love a grow out competition. Like each person gets one zoa or one tiny hammer and compare after 6 months?
Sounds like a plan. I have one Zoa polyp of an utter chaos that’s been one polyp for a month now. Get one and let’s play!

a happy gonipora, though if consider porites sps technically would be sps?
I only keep euphylia my hammer grows faster than my torch. Is now two heads instead of 1 dont actually have a before or after pic. Think i added in the fall sometime.

. Made the decision that i prefer keeping angels to lps so have not owned many lol. But will tag along for other progression pics :)

I’m so horrible at taking progression pics. I’m typically away when lights are on. (Coronavirus has me off of work now). I should focus on SPS pics more often. Feel free to share SPS growth pics here as well. Who wouldn’t enjoy a free show?

But here’s my submission: green branching hammer, purchased as an itsy bitsy frag on April 19th.

I bought this as a large hammer, maybe it’s grown? I don’t know. No before pics. It’s poofy and takes up some real estate. I want to give it the boot to grow some SPS.

I love downhill torts just as much as the next person.
Going back to a last night shot, it’s clear that I was able to glue him precisely at the optimal 11.2 degrees above horizontal. Tomorrow it will be apparent that this is the exact position to achieve maximum growth!

I’ll check your build regularly to make sure it doesn’t turn into a Snow White tort. Highly sought after FYI ;)

I’m going to rename it for a greater monetary value...”Ice Age” possibly “Nuclear Winter” or “The Unicorn”
