Trimma tevegae. They are awesome little guys and they only get 2 inches big and are super peaceful. Lots of character too. Good luck finding one though. Quality Marine sells them, but you need someone to order it for you as they are not a retail store.

The maine betta grows up to about 8 inches.
Most don't pass 6.

As someone who has a 600 gallon pool for predatory fish, that's pretty small, small enough for most predatory fish to have a tasty snack :/

I like the purple dottyback (Fridmani Psuedochromis). Be careful tho. They can get super territorial. Maybe add it last.

Yellow gobies. They will hop around the rockwork, stay small and really brighten things up. Very peaceful.

Looking online maybe a Hi Fin Red Banded Goby with a Tiger Pistol Shrimp. I think those look nice.

If you want something that is active in the display, I would advise against a shrimp goby / pistol shrimp. When I had my 10 gallon I heard the shrimp more than I saw it, and the cave opening was not at a good display location at least half of the time. Kind of wasted bio-load.

I will second the pink-streaked wrasse, mine is always zooming around the tank picking off pods.

Sorry, I guess "decent size" is pretty ambiguous...... The minimum recommended tank size for a marine betta is 50g.
Yeah sorry haha. My scale is slightly different than yours, but hey, thanks for sharing all these gorgeous fish with me everyone :D

Tanaka's possum wrasse, very pretty can be shy but I also had a pretty bold one.
Pink streaked wrasse, I had my in a 14, a 10 might be possible, likes to work the rocks, my favorite small fish o all time.
