Feedback option in user account?

is it too much work to add a feedback option in personal account for buyer/seller can give feedback to rather than in a forum. or a name search option in the feedback forum for quick search to find feedback of that person

I believe this is actually in the works for the new marketplace.

That would be nice. Also some kind of filter so not just any random person can leave feedback.
