Feeding anemones? Small vs large particles

I am starting an anemone dominated reef tank. I believe feeding any coral or invertebrate with a mouth, that's why they have them duh... but I am curious on if I should feed them around 10 mysis or just 1 bigger price of food? I get the smaller foods give more surface area to digest but if they don't stick or they let them go it goes to waste, but if the peice is larger it's easier
For the nem to move into it's mouth. So any ideas on which is better?

The bta didn't let go? I know that carpets are very aggressive but i dont think bta are as agressive. How many pieces and what size?

+ 1 My nems really go for the shrimp as above. I feed as much as 3x a wk but at least twice a week. I have a rbta and a glta and in a hurry to set up another tank because they are growing so well.

i feed mine shrimp and scallops from store as well. i give them a chunk that i think they can eat. and i watch them for 15 min to see if they let go or spit it out.then just snag out what they dont eat .rare that they spit it out but have once just got it out with turkey baseter

i would go for the piece of shrimp or scallops . brine shrimp are small. i feel my clowns and other fish could steal it befor bta can close on the shrimp to eat it . the chunks the bta wraps it up then eats it. i had a condy once i feed him the brine shrimp cause he had a faster reaction time
