@cromag27 (Octo Aquatics) is great to work with for any custom ideas you might have. His website already has a magnet nori clip as well as a frozen food cage to allow food to thaw etc. I don't see any feeding rings or cubes specifically on display on the website but I know I've seen him make such items custom before. I'm sure he can throw together whatever type of ring you're thinking about if you can explain the idea.
It's acrylic work, not 3d printed, but I don't see why it necessarily matters? Unless it does! :)
