Feeding your Rhyzo

Is ok to feed a rhyzo bristle worms? Ive been feeding mine for a week now and its doing fine and after it eats it open up big and happy. Do you think the bristles well hurt it long term? Here's a video of me feeding it a live bristle worm. Please give me your feedback.

I think it's just fine....free food. I've seen some larger Rhizo's take down a whole flame wrasse

Yeah I'm trying to feed it stuff the fish don't like so the fish don't try to take the rhyzo food and get kill in that process.
