Best way to feed fish/coral if out of town two weeks with no auto feeder?

What I normally is do is get the frozen portioned and ask a close friend who you can trust to feed them, just gotta leave simple directions for them and I come back from vacation and everyone is still alive and healthy

Good idea... wife son around but not always dependable... lol
