I am not quite ready yet to test then fill my 75 gal tank, but I am planning ahead for when I am. I also have a 30 gal sump (not here yet).

Help me figure out the best way to fill this tank for the first time? I will have no help, it's just little old me. I live in a condo, and the outside hose is too far to reach my door to use my RO filter. with my smaller tank, I'd go out with 1 gal jugs and fill, make trips as needed. making 100 trips is nuts for this. 5 gal buckets is better, but just as tiring. I can't lift 10 gals of water.

I tried hooking the filter to my sink, but there's not enough pressure to get water. if anyone has any ideas on how I can increase the pressure to get water faster, please do let me know! This would be the best way for me to get water.

I have a 50 gal tub that I can mix the water and salt in with an extra powerhead. If I can get that filled near my tank, I can siphon the salt water into the tank. Once that batch is in, I can mix up another. I expect this to take all weekend to fill up.
I also thought about getting RO water from my LFS in large buckets, but why should I spend the extra money when I have the filter here waiting to be used.

any advice would be great! This is going to be the hardest part of setting up this tank, I'd think!

I would place the 50g. mixing tank beside the display tank and extend the RO discharge line however much is needed to drip into the 50g. mixing tank. You can purchase the tubing and connector to increase your RO line for just a few dollars.

get yourself a 100ft of Tubing and run it from the RO/DI unit to the tank.
