Hello! I set up a Wyze pan camera and it’s great except during the day I see the reflection of many of my windows in my house and during the night only see reflection from the night vision IR. I’m thinking there must be an anti glare filter or something that I can use but am hoping to hear suggestions.

I get this by pressing the camera (cam v2) flat against the glass. I don't have a pic now, but it helped with night vision glare also.

I wonder if some polarizing film would cut glare down? I havent tried so this is just a suggestion. If you have some polarized sunglasses it would be easy to test, just hold them over the camera for a bit and see how it looks.

Do you have the pan? How would that work pressed up to the glass?
I don’t have the pan, just the Wyze Cam v2. I have it as close as I can get it to the glass.
I don’t think you could get the pan to move when setup like this.

This is what I see at night with that setup. You can sort of see the IR reflection in the corners. The further back from the glass you go, the worse it gets.

Aah ok. Unfortunately would t work with the pan- the lens curves out it wouldn’t lay flat. Thank you though!

I received the window films. Yay! The color filter is great however no effect on the glare. Any other ideas?

Did you ever find a solution to this glare issue? I just ordered a Wyze Pan Cam and will likely have the same issue as there are plenty of windows in the room with my tank.

Hi! I ordered a Wyze (not the pan), and bought a 3D printed mount that would hold a filter and it works great mounted right to the glass
