I guess I rushed a bit and skipped using a quuarantine tank. I'm now filling a 20 gallon high with RO tonight. I just wanna ask what steps you guys and gals advise to do next with a sick fish. Sorry if the picture is terrible.

Copper, ammonia alert badge, copper test kit, and prime for new tank syndrome if needed.
Or the TTM
I can not see the spots in the image.

It's 6 spots clustered in 2 groups.. Almost looks like googly eyes without the black spots.

Do they look like this?

Dactylogyrus trematodes

These are a type of fluke or flatworm, but not one that we encounter every day. The usual treatments for flukes like Prazipro, General Cure, Freshwater dips and Formalin will all work for this.

Thank you so much.. That looks pretty spot on.. But the ones on my firefin seem to be clustered more.. My LFS owner.. Even with the bad pics said it's not ick.
She sold me some Melafix.. I'm just getting a quuarantine tank set up tonight.. Hope that fixes the problem... Thank you

I'd be very surprised if Melafix removed the worms.

Melafix is derived from tree oils. It's largely used for very mild bacterial infections. Let us know if it does work.
