This is a bruise, likely a result of post injury and will likely warrant treatment using seachem neoplex, however if you are done treating with copper based treatment, safe to add. Increase aeration with air stone

Thanks! I can order or pickup the neoplex. Is there urgency in treating this or is it something that may heal over time? Also no conflict with general cure? I still have the second round of prazi due in a few days

I would not mix with prazi. Urgency is when it becomes red or further sore
