Post editing is actually easier than trying to white balance inside an aquarium with a plastic balance card IMHO and is the preferred method if you're shooting in RAW format. Once you have a a decent profile setup for the group of pictures you can apply that to all the pictures with relative ease.

Lightroom is my best friend for batch editing.
This is certainly a very different art than portrait photography.
