First Time Drilling Glass Tank

IMO that is not an issue, but if it leaks, drips, or even weeps on the outside of the tank then I would fix it.

Thank you, I’m probably an inch away from knowing 100% if the outside seal will leak... but atm, there are no leaks on the outside and water is halfway over the bulkhead.

If I screwed in a fitting and put an elbow facing down could I seal the end cap and achieve full siphon?
