Hello Reef2Reef!

I'm just getting into fish breeding and would enjoy learning more and seeing more pictures of all your setups and fish.

If your fish are wet and your into fish breeding feel free to post/teach/ask :xd:

I'll start it off with pictures I used as inspiration for the design I chose. Thanks to all those who set up these systems for sharing!

I plan on adding much more content about the tips and tricks I'm learning during this process! Feel free to post or pm any questions you have.

Sweet pics. I really enjoy seeing setups like these, just fun to watch.

I moved my 2.5 yrs old donnis picasso pair to my frag tank . And hopefully it can start laying there.

Awesome! I am interested in this as I want to breed seahorses (what wife and kids want). I'm curious though. How do you stop babies from being sucked down the drain? I've read where even air driven filter sponges suck them in and kill them. Are you having a separate tank with no flow or filtration for manual removal to prevent this?

I second this question, it looks like its just an open pipe. Also just wondering why the pipes are at an angle in each tank? Thanks for posting, looks like a clean setup!

I'm curious if people who have growout systems like this would mind sharing any experiences with total losses. I've lost an entire healthy clutch overnight. I have concerns about putting all my eggs in one basket.

What happens when you accidentally introduce a disease/parasite and the entire system gets sick?

I tried making a kreisel with a plastic fish bowl and some filter mesh. Got the idea from Matt P. It ultimately didn't work for me because the rotifers got stuck in the mesh and I couldn't keep the concentration up.
