Fish ID help

A while back we found an unusual (to us) fish at a reputable LFS. Unfortunately I did not write down the details. I thought snakeskin cardinal, can’t find anything like it.

many help is appreciated, looking for feeding advice. Barely ate through QT and now in the display it’s worse.

btw: yes there is fake freshwater decorations in QT, added to settle down a potters angel that was in there :)
