Can someone help ID this fish for me? And tell me its diet?

Picture was taken during feeding.

Yes, bigeye catalufa, squirrel fish family, likes lower light levels & is a predator, like a lot of squirrels. If it fits or thinks it might in its mouth, it’s food. Completely harmless to larger sized fish, prone to eye issues though, hope this helps
