Thank you—it’s one of my favorite things in my tank! Had it since February and it’s been doing fantastic. Since you mentioned it, here are two more pics for you. I will admit, this is probably one of the hardest thing to take pictures of due to all the detail, etc.Oh I'm so jealous of the Christmas tree rock!
yea, the one in the front in all the pics is a male. They aren’t as obvious as the lyretail Anthias, etc.Has one of them turned male??
thank you so much for the feedback! I was wondering if it did something like that. I was trying to bump the brightness on the subjects, but it then made it look a little too artificial because of the contrast (to me). Something I can definitely play with.Great pictures! Anthias are one of my favorite fish subjects. I'm not sure why they are so fun to photograph. And that glitter Goni is amazing. My only feedback is maybe bump up the brightness on the subject a bit. It seems like when I upload pics to R2R, it darkens them for some reason. Maybe the compression?
thanks! Yup these were shot through the glass! I appreciate the feedback, I’ve been trying to darken the background to have greater focus on the subject… but I can see how that could be misleading. It's hard to believe these were shot through the tank glass. Very nice. I had a little niggle with the oof blue in the foreground of the 4th image but image 7290 above more than made up for it.
Oops! He is cute then! Yeah not noticiable like lyertail s for sure! But I like their orange color. Pretty fishThank you—it’s one of my favorite things in my tank!
