Fish struck in the overflow

Hi all I have all in one sump system 25gallons tank with 2 true percula with it yesterday one of the fish is get strucked in acrylic at overflow I help him to taken out of the it. It got a wound at right side gills and today it is take heavy breath. I don't know what to do with it plz guide through it

Hello!

It is very rare for a fish to become stuck in an overflow if it didn't already have some other problem. A healthy fish will be able to stay away from the relatively weak current of an overflow. How does the other clownfish look today?
We would need more information about the fish and the tank. This post explains that:

For the time being, do you have a isolation box you can hold this clownfish in so that it doesn't get stuck again?
