mixed... I do enriched brine, mysis, phyto, and a meat combo.. I also have a pellet food but I forgot the name.. I try to combine two of the food mentioned twice a day.. one before I go to work and one after I get home... I feed Coral Frenzy twice a week and they seem to get something from it too... I do soak in Selcon also.. I need to buy Garlic Extreme so I can alternate the two... I've had good experience with Garlic...

they are very active fish that's why I chose to go with them.. they're always out and about.. I'm going to hand feed them tonight... most of them get really close to my hands when I do anything with the tank... :D

very very friendly fish but finicky at times so a covered tank is a must or else you'll see them carpet surfing..

As for feeding goes i looking to add something to the brine to make it more nutritious for them. I tryed mysis but every time i put some in, some of it goes in the skimmer and makes it go out a wack. Bubbles like crazy for an hour then stops.

Yes they are very very active fish. I love how the McCosker just swims around my hand. Overall these flashers and fairy's are my farvorite type of fish ....
