Hi
I introduced a flame a gel to my tank 3 weeks ago
Over this time he has a white lump growing
from just behind his mouth
He is feeding well, swimming as he should not scraping on anything as if it is irritating him
Could this just be a small wound healing or could he have something else
Please help

A picture is worth 1000 words of you can get one.

Does the lump look fuzzy at all?

I would say just keep an eye on it. If it's eating and swimming fine and your tank parameters are good it may heal on its own. I was kind of thinking maybe a fungal infection, but it could just be just from injury. That's really all i could find as far as info.

He probably bumped it like u said then. You could always try supplementing some garlic extract in its food to help is immune system.
