Can someone tell me good or bad with this weird super flat worm. Good or bad?

Polyclad perhaps based on size. I would remove it and do what you will with it. Polyclads are predatory to clams and snails and some types have been accused of eating Euphyllia.

Yeah unfortunately he needs to go (and I hate to remove hitch-hickers), it does look like a polyclad. They can get pretty large, swim very fast and are most nocturnal.
