Just realized 3 of my euphyllia corals have some type of flatworm on them that doesn’t look like EEFW. These are much smaller and are on the tissue. Please see the pictures.

The only euphyllia that I was not able to observe any flatworms is a torch. But corals seemingly infested by them look healthy and unbothered.

Anyone has any idea what these are, and do I need to do anything about it.

Might be photosynthetic flatworms. I had a hammer with them and it didn’t seem bothered either but I’d imagine they could reach a population that would be detrimental to the coral. I dipped multi days in KCl. They didn’t really fall off right away. Had to wait until the hammer produced a fair amount of mucous in the dip and they came off the tissue with the mucous. Brushed the skeleton in the dip as well

Yeah affected corals don’t seem to care. But the one torch that doesn’t have any flatworms completely deflate and inflate several times a day for the last 6 months or so. I am wondering if it is doing this to get rid of flatworms. It is odd that it is the only euphyllia without flatworms and is doing this behavior.
