Thanks guys! Just a note... My tank is "not" that blue. Not sure what happened there but those pics are way too blue. I'll have to redo those in a few weeks when I take some grow-out shots.

Marvin, the mag is doing wonderfully! I still think it's eating some of my fish on the side, as now I have a Star Blenny missing. Sometimes I hate 'survival of the fittest' when it involves my pocketbook!

So, tonight I went over to a guys house, that I just recently met. He's been building and servicing tanks for most of his adult life. I purchased a kalkstar kalk reactor from him because he was selling it for so cheap. It's a bit noisy, but it should last a bit longer than my current setup. I've never done the magnetic stir type before... Figured it was worth a try. It was used on one of his customers 500g tanks for 6 months. Other than an outdated design, it's a solid setup.

Funny thing about finding this reactor... As I was researching it on YouTube, an old name popped up from a couple of sites that I used to frequent. This guy did a mod to this exact reactor. Of course I left him a YouTube comment. Hope he remembers who I am because I'm totally ganking his mod.

small world... Will post pics of it when it gets settled in.

Also borrowed or local clubs par meter so I can get an idea where I'm at with just the Radiums. Will try to post those findings a well.

See some local frags in there, Lesd, reeftopia and many more.....
I have a other local guy........well local it's Katy.
Just SPS only.
Took Cat over there last Saturday and she did some "jaw dropping"
Of course she went home with some good scores.
Don't know if you already know him but the name is "Sean".
Any way, tank looks awesome bro, nice detail all over.

Yeah, I got to finally meet Cat. Surprisingly, she and I started up in the hobby (well M.A.R.S.H. at least) around the same time. She's a cool chick. I enjoyed nerding-out with her.

No, I don't think I know anyone over there named Sean but it sounds like I need to! LOL!

Love the Club parmeter!
I founded weird that on two locations that are basically the same have two different readings. rep 333 and on the right 243.
It seems when you take the par you have to turn of your water circulation for a more accurate reading.
Now let me tell you that on RC there's some dude saying that with the light off it will be the ultimate, but I don't believe that.:loco:

Haha! Yeah right! I did cut the circulation on the tank. There are some oddball numbers in there, but overall I'm pretty happy with these Radiums.
