going to attempt my floating canopy build this week
Measure, then remeasure then measure again lol. I didn’t have any issues while building mine but I took my time doing so and very thing I calculated I would let’s double checkSo how did it come out?
for those of you that has had your floating canopy any tips and tricks?

For those that suspend them from the ceiling, what are you doing to hide your power cables etc? these look great and I want to have a floating canopy of some sort when I move.
corey
Thank you, I’ve had to take some steps back from my vision but I know all will work out. Unfortunately the xr15 g5 at that height were great for even light spread but suck at penetration. If they were g4 it would have been perfect. I sold the xr15 and purchased xr30 and will be mounting them in the canopy as soon as they arriveThat is NICE
how do you have the eye bolts attached to the canopy? I am looking at doing the exact same thing but anchor the horizontal pipes to the studs in the wall using the floor plates they screw into. Mine would be for a 6 ft tank with 4 6-"t5s with ballast and 3 popbloom rl90's.
How do you mount the RL90 light?95% Complete. Just need to finish the trip at the top so the 2x4's are covered.
