Geez guys I hope you all stay safe. Here in Indiana we have "Tornaders", which really don't scare me as much as they should but destroying houses is no joke. I often think about moving to Florida you can get a lot of house for not much money -- but insurance and property taxes are much higher, you pick your poison haha. No state income tax though.

We live close to Disney. I'm waiting for them to announce theme park closures. I swear Disney has their own weather models. Last storm, my phone was firing off with tornado warnings. We started hearing explosions outside in the distance. We were freaking out thinking tornado was coming, but no, it was Disney fireworks. Lol. Got the generator and supplies ready anyway though. Good luck everyone!

Yea, this is going to be interesting, hopefully not as bad as Hurricane Charley. I have to get gas today and get a generator, just for the tank and maybe the beer fridge.

Well the closest place to buy a generator is in Tampa. So I bought 3 battery powered air pumps and a power inverter to plug into the 12v on my truck. At least I can run an extension cord from that to the inside to power the return pump and maybe 1 of the 2 MP40's.
