ive actually seen a couple local tanks with those fish just a little bigger and always wondered what they were now I know lol.

I doubt you will find anyone in FL that has one as it's illegal to have one unless it 11" to 20" per FWC published limits. edit***I guess i'm wrong about people having them. Just realize you could pay $$$$ for keeping an undersized fish.

I catch quite a few of those in the surf when I am throwing my cast net. Never thought about keeping them in an aquarium but I have not thought twice about putting them on my hook. A guy in my local reef club has a cobia in a lagoon style tank with a ray and it shadows it just like it would in the wild, too cool to watch.
