Hi, I have a 35ltr tank, a little under 10 us gallons. I'm trying to get the flow right, but power heads seem to powerful. I've used the Tunze 6015 nano, too big and huge flow, too much. I currently have the return pump sicce micra+ and an ehiem CompactOn 600 as the only flow.

The ehiem is too direct a flow and my corals don't like that (killed off a candy cane frag) so I have attached a piece of tube to direct the flow into the rocks. It works, turned down to minimum flow, but would prefer a controled powerhead.

Looking at the AI Nero 3 and SW2 wave makers. SW2 obviously the cheaper option, but with the AI 16hd lighting already, I like the programmable options in the AI solution.

So, my question, are these pumps too powerful? If so, any other options? I only have softies and a few LPS at the moment, but would like to try a few easy SPS in a few months. Read a lot about both, but have not seen any opinions from people with tanks as small as mine.
