Flow for torch

I don't think that is a torch. Looks like a hammer to me. In that case I would turn down the flow. It should just be swaying and not whipping

It was sold as an indo torch and doesn't have the hammer look... so it should like high flow right?

I would just lower the flow. Try to get more of a wiggle than a whip. It should open up more (if its new then obviously it may need a little time.
