I jst recently got back into the hobby I had a sps tank before. The tank I have now is a 32 left to right 22 deep and 22 tall just kind of wondering what type of flow you would recommend for sps I have sicce 4.0 return pump dialed back a little and 2 rw 4 just wondering if I should add or change the pumps I have now thanks

Many are shooting for 100x turnover per hour or more now for SPS. Total, not only through sump/return.
Every time I add more flow I see improvements.
I have a 150g with: Reef Octo 4 and Sicce ADV7 both with RFG eductors, two MP40's, two WAVs, and the largest Korilia Gen 3. Just added the second MP40 yesterday and saw benefits, less dead spots etc.

The Icecap Gyre are good flow per $. I'd get the larger one and dial down if needed. They don't seem to last as long, but you could buy an extra and cycle through vinegar more often.

I have two tunzes on a sea sweep for my 90 gallon thank. They replaced 5 stationary
powerheads. Kind of a pricey set up but this set up made my tank look a lot cleaner using fewer pumps, hides the two cords for the pumps really well, puts out more flow than using five pumps put together. I can’t ever see myself having a tank and using any other option for flow.

My buddy's tank has a couple. They're so cool but so expensive. I haven't bit the bullet for two yet.

If you do ice cap I’d go with the 3k over the 1k. My tank is 5’x24”x12” and I run 2x 3k ice cap, 2x mp10 and now 2x WAV pumps
