Flukes?

Need help identifying what my juv emperor has. He is in a QT tank as I just got him 4 days ago. Please look at the photo and let me know what you think.

While emperors often have flukes and do get ich easily, the spots your fish is showing is Lymphocystis, a non-fatal viral disease that goes away on its own after 6 weeks or so.
The danger is it likely has flukes as well, you just can’t see them. If you start seeing small white spots that come and go, that is likely ich.
Putting the fish like this through a full quarantine is the best idea. There is a post in the top section of this forum that describes the process.
