Hello [emoji102]
I would like you to give me advice on the food for my "LPS" I want to add food once or twice a week to help their growth, if they know of some or other food for corals or help me with the PolypLab....
Thanks[emoji3]

I use Reef Roids & Reef Chili ,,, I also feed Fauna Marin LPS Pellets directly to my corals, I buy them from BRS ,, The corals love these pellets ,,, jmo ,, if your going to feed your corals ,,, try using these LPS pellets ,, either Fauna Marin or another brand ,,

You can target feed or broadcast feed your lps with roids. I would start with once a week for a month or two while monitoring your nitrate and phosphate levels and increase to 2x per week once your tank adjusts to the newly added nutrients.
I turn my return and in-tank pumps off for ten minutes to allow the corals to consume the food.
I also change my filter socks the following day.
Side note: I feed during lights out when feeder tentacles are out.
