Hello,
I have a freshwater angel that's sick. Tank is planted 45 gallons bowfront, here is the link @Jay Hemdal @vetteguy53081 #fishdoctor
It's got weird white dots above its eyes streaming back to its body.

The video is listed as private - we can’t see it. Knowing the full parameters would help a lot.

That is weird, it doesn't like like freshwater Ich to me, maybe something bacterial or fungal? Hopefully the fishmedics here will know.

I wanted to say it's not acting weird very active etc. the small white bumps start near it's eyes and have a small white line connected to it streaming to its body. Couldn't be a parasite correct.

Again, lymphocytosis is most likely. It’s a viral infection generally brought on by some stressor, whether diet or poor water. It’s almost always harmless and goes away on its own.

not sure what it could be... Water quality is good I think? Its full of plants so.. But lymphocytosis seems best.
