Hi All,

Idea...30 gallon cube 1 warty frog fish a bunch of mollies, adjust mollie numbers periodically as needed. Will the frog eat itself to death or will it hunt as needed as long as there is adequate swimming space for the mollies? I have gotten conflicting messages on the web.

Thanks!

Not a good idea, you do need to manage their feeding. You don"t want to overfeed or feed too often.

Hey guys thanks so much for the feedback! I think this serves as a consensus. Not gonna do that!

Now I have to decide if a froggie is for me. I have a pretty good setup for managing feeding. I have a 30 gallon I just upgraded to as part of my 'tinker tank' system. Attached are a 6 gallon frag tank that I am currently using mollies for algea control and an 8 gallon display refugium. I could use the 6 gallon as a breeder the fuge for the babies and only add a couple at a time to the 30....I suspect I will burn through fish far faster than they produce just a matter of how much.
