Frogspawn and hammers struggling

So as title states I have two hammers and a frogspawn that are having a hard time in the tank. I had a couple month fight with some algae and tank params got away from me but I’ve turned things around and for the most part all corals are bouncing back except a few sps and then the hammers and frogspawn. I’ve moved them to very low light and flow but they still are barely opening up and colors are pretty much all washed out. Just was wondering if they’re was a dip anyone would recommend I don’t think anything is bothering them but still and all. I may drop them in some revive just to see if maybe some sort of pest did make its way in although I haven’t added anything new in a while. Any recommendations are welcome, thanks

Yeah I’ll grab some pics later but like I said it really just closed up corals lol

Lighting is LED/t5 hybrid LED fixture is an xr15

Tank params are
Alk- 7.3
Calc- 410
Mag- usually around 1350-1400 haven’t tested lately
P04- .04/.06 (last two test)
N03- usually between 15/20
SG- ~33-34ppt (low, made a mistake using LFS water for water change instead of making my own)

The water change mishap was 3 water changes ago when I bought water from my LFS. Was given RO instead of saltwater and again made another mistake (first one being using LFS water way) and didn’t check it before water change. But like I said it’s been a few water changes since then and a lot of other “more sensitive” corals are coming back strong, I’m just raising SG up slowly. This very well could be and probably is the cause of the issue
