Does it look like my frogspawn is getting too much flow?

White light pictures would help and a description of your setup and powerheads etc. The white streaks look like normal coloration to me.
I have a 20g high with 2 1050 gph eflux wave makers at 40% each. They are not point towards the frogspawn

Are they doing some sort of powering up and down? I suspect they aren't both running constantly at 40% power. So you may be fine especially with a tall tank. Is the sand getting blown around? Then you would have too much..

Nope sand is not being blown and they are set to wave which is a pulsating push from the wave makers.

With them at 40% it should only be a little over 800 gph?
800 gph plus your filter return would be a bit much at constant flow. If you are at a pulse, it's much less. Let the tank talk to you. If you start seeing bare spots or unhappy, stressed coral... Dial it back.

Yeah, it’s at a pulse every 3 seconds. Everything looks great I just didn’t know who those white streaks in the original picture were because it had too much flow.

Some of my frogspawn have white/green lines on the body of the polyp when they are all puffed up. The green colored ones I think have it more. photo from Corals.com

I feel like if the sand was not blown away and it's not under direct flow, it should be fine.
