Today's parameters

pH - 8.2
dkH - 8.23
NO3 ~ 12
Ca - 380
Mg - 1370
PO - .117
Sal - 1.024

PO4 is a little high so I am going to change out GFO as soon as I can.

Also bought a new fish Friday, a filefish to try and get the aip under control. Unfortunately he hasn't done much that I can tell yet. Might have to return him if he doesn't start or starts enjoying other things in my tank... ;Nailbiting;Nailbiting

Im liking those numbers! Right about where I want to get to.

Interesting that the file fish isnt interested. Ive been debating giving one a shot myself. Its either a file fish or I may try breeding/keeping nudi’s. My 40b is overridden and there seems to always be a need for them.

Nice pics. I ordered a waterbox 5526, which should be here tomorrow. Will be a nice upgrade. How are you liking yours so far?

I had aiptasia all over my tank and got tired of using aiptasia X. I got some nudibranchs and it wasn’t instantaneous but my aiptasia is no more. I can’t believe they worked. I never see them until late at night but they did the job and I had a bunch.

@Scurvy I would rather go the nudi way but with the Melanurus and Canary, they wouldn't stand a chance...
They might surprise you. I used them in the biocube with a small yellow coris and they still did the job.

Thanks and I am loving the tank. Although I have heard some horror stories about some of them. Make sure to check the tank while the delivery driver is still there if there is any damage to the crate.

I'd hate to spend the money they want for them only to have them be a snack for those 2. It would be an expensive snack...
