What?? You think you can do better. You try taking pics under only blue+ actincs and than color balancing them. Maybe i just suck at taking pics, and these aren't to far off, but they are definitely over saturated. They are fun to look at though! :D

Matt - Those look like many of the coral for sale online. PhotoShop is awesome when used for the right purposes. I like playing around with it for desk top photos and so on. I realize that you over saturated the photos but they still look like they would be nice Favias.

I guess thats the thing. I didn't try to over saturate them. Original pic was super actinic. Than i auto balanced them in Photoshop and it came out CRAZY. I thought they looked cool though. But your right, looks like a ton of coral thats for sale right now online.

LOL, Mark i know you are an acro guy, but i don't believe for a second that you are a acro ONLY guy... :)

Yep! My halides are XM 20K's and my T5 fixtures are blue+ and aquablue specials. 75% - 25% respectively. I love the colors i get from the blue lights. And usually as long as the specials are on its quite easy to white balance for pictures. I just happen to take these at night.. :)

^^^^

looks like mine photographic skills are gaining popularity! Something silly like a nice photograph really detracts from the beauty of the coral itself :)
