Has anyone experience an Apex Disconnect error? It was working normal, no outages in the area. I checked my wifi and everything is working correctly. Disconnected Apex and reconnected, nothing. I rebooted the Apex and still nothing. I know it’s still connected because it ran a Alkalinity test.

When this happens, I reboot my Internet router. Even if other devices on your network have no problems accessing the Internet, it's not unusual for consumer-grade Internet routers to randomly block a particular device on your network from accessing the Internet. This observation is based on my 30+ years of doing network IT support. Give it a try.

Update: I checked my Spectrum app and went to manage devices. It was showing a unknown device paused. I unpaused and showed a connection, closed out and reopened the app. All is now working, smh. Well just incase anyone has a similar problem, always check you provider app to see if all devices are connected.
