G3 vs G4 Radions

What is the difference between the G3 and G4 Radions?? Also, what does it take to controll the radions and how does a reeflink come in to play? Sorry for the elementary questions but I am just trying to better understand.

G4 radions have an optimized spectrum and more power.

Radions can be controlled by:

Using ReefLink to program them wirelessly

Using WXM (via apex) to program them wirelessly

Using a laptop with the included USB cable

Using the BETA Mobius app (G4 only).
