Galaxea Tank Placement

Is this a good placement for my galaxea? It is in the center of the tank sort of isolated to the right.

I'm just worried that down the line it could spread and kill my other coral.

I don’t see any galaxiia but they have wicked sweeper tentacles that will reach out in the prevailing current and kill any corals that get in there path.

Make sure down current corals are 6” away or more for there safety.

I have a couple of Galaxea.

I have mine at about 125-140 par. One is in HIGH flow and the other is in mid-high flow.

My .02 is they are aggressive. They will put out sweepers when they feel like it and I think an 8-12" distance is a better spacing for them. They grow at a mid-speed. So, plan for where they will be able to reach in a year.

Looking at your picture, it is hard to find where you have the Galaxea, but for me the spot on the right rock, next to the powerhead would be good, depending on the type of lighting.
