I'm starting this thread to separate it from my 250g build.

I love the stand with the glass doors and frosted glass accents.

I finished the plumbing and added the Radion diffuser. I’m hoping to have water in the nano this weekend. I was really shocked at how much more spread you get with the diffuser. I would have never noticed had it not been comparing these two photos.

Feb 11, 2018:

The nano is filled! Added Dr Tim’s one and only so the cycle can begin. Bringing temp up to 83 so the bacteria can increase its metabolism. (The tank never made it to 83 degrees. Best the 75w heater would do was 78)

I like this tank. The way the rear of the tank is higher than the front and the angles. Very stylish and clean. Is the plan to make this a macro or NPS tank?

The plan is for it to be an LPS softie tank. The Macro algae was just added to add some color while the frags grow in. I got about 4 different species in there.

I started searching last night for a place to purchase this tank and was unable to find any sales sites. Does anyone carry this aquarium line in the US?

What was your ammonia source to cycle the tank? Maybe you misspoke, but from your posts one would get the impression that on day one you added a bottle of Dr. Tim's bacteria and three days later the tank was cycled. I'm sure you are aware that Dr. Tim's is only bacteria and without an ammonia source for those bacteria, the tank will not be cycled. Not to mention that Dr. Tims does not work that fast. It speeds up the process nicely but still takes a minimum of 1-2 weeks to bring ammonia to zero under normal circumstances.

I believe they are no longer in business.

Very unique setup, love. I googled the manufacturer and only found references back from 2011 / 2010. Your tank looks great.

I used Tim’s ammonia. I added water, bacteria, and ammonia on day one. Checked on evening of next day and had no ammonia. And .05 nitrite. Added more ammonia. Next day same result, added more ammonia, same result. At that point I was confident that all was good. I kept going as I did not add fish til the evening of day 6. I did add a tad of vinegar to help the bacteria along during the process. Still after feeding heavily, have no ammonia nor nitrite.
