@gcarroll - That's an amazing and top of the notch equipment list. I would love to see 2 sea swirl in action personally. Will be very interested to see how 2 Tunze stream 3s handle 260 gallon . Its on my list for my future upgrade which might be 2 years from now .

Personally, I would do the Geissemann Spectra ! But given your knowledge , you would do way better justice and decision than I would .

Lastly, I tried the vertex calcium reactor but the experience was not good. It leaked the first day and I ended up returning it . Hopefully it works out great for you !!!

Very excited to see the master come back to game .

The Spectra is old reliable! I have had one before so I know what is capable. It would be a solid performer.

Should be here just after RAP California. Was hoping I would see it on display at the show and take it home from there but due to a RAP promo, it didn't fit in that shipment and needed to be pushed back.

I love some good ribs, but they are easy to smoke. Especially if you use a Texas crutch. A good brisket? That is a sign of someone that can control their firebox. I'm not quite there yet.

Finished spares came out spectacular.

Final plate with 2 spares, 1 beef rib, mac n cheese, and roasted corn.

Now we just got to get past Reefapalooza California and I can get back to work on the tank.
