Gen 5 xr 15 blue?

So I’m debating on getting one for my led/t5 fixture for my tank which is 36x12x21. Was thinking making it semi sps dominant especially underneath the led part and other not so light heavy corals (blastos, zoas, etc around edge). But I was wondering how big the spread is for smaller model? And what’s everybody thoughts on them?

I do not have one, so take this for what it is worth (nearly nothing), but maybe 15-18 inches where you could keep any SPS that you want.

Which is fine for me I was gonna try go more centered look in my tank and have all sps there and others around it, I’m still gonna run t5s to which should be enough for other corals players my sps in middle

If you plan on keeping SPS just under the single light then one fixture will be fine. You will however only have somewhere in the neighborhood of 18" of spread to work with for SPS. Less light demanding corals may be fine based on placement, especially if you're supplementing with T5's.

I have two XR15 PRO's on a 36"x18"x18" and can keep SPS just about anywhere in the tank. Sandbed is even 200+PAR.

Please note that I run my fixture at 100% intensity.

Thank you. Yeah I might upgrade again one day but right now only can do one. And can’t afford the xr30. But hope one day get bigger tank so imma just deal with one light and my t5 until then
