There can never be enough vacation. I want a lifelong vacation.week off work... now I don't want to be here.
yeah you get paid for vacation. I don't get paid to sit on my back side. I prefer to work. although I have been thinking about saying screw it and just packing up and moving at tax time. too bad I cant because I cant take my kids with me. I would love to move back somewhere warm. There can never be enough vacation. I want a lifelong vacation.
I bet, I don't like the cold. Glad we don't have to deal with snow and ice here.yeah you get paid for vacation. I don't get paid to sit on my back side. Idk how shocked I would be if I won like 1000 or more. When you think about it every game has 3 or 4 top prizes, and it's spread out throughout the whole state. I used to work in a supermarket where they sold lotto. And twice, two separate people, came to check their lotto tickets to make sure they won like $10k each. Both from traveling from out of state. Wish I was lucky. $10,000 would help me out allot.I don't play the lotto very often but id say im a few hundred bucks ahead overall.
Awe, that's ashame. I don't like that.most ive ever won was 13k. but I was underage and my mom cashed it. I never saw a dime of it. pretty sure it went to her and her boyfriend taking a week long luxury vacation to the Bahamas. cause that happened about 8 months after I won and there had been no plans before then.
I don't mind as much as I used to. what I don't like is how much stuff she gave away when we were younger because she didn't know what they were. good hearted, BAD IDEAS. my uncle had been collecting comics and keeping them mint since he was a kid. he had thousands of mint comics. well, me and my brother were cataloging them after he passed away and trying to figure out what he had. we were young, maybe 12 for me and 15 for him, but we knew those stacks of boxes were worth money.Awe, that's ashame. OMG! He could have had a Honus Wagner in there. Come on, mom! Shoot! She must have given away some gold.I don't mind as much as I used to. what I don't like is how much stuff she gave away when we were younger because she didn't know what they were. good hearted, BAD IDEAS. my uncle had been collecting comics and keeping them mint since he was a kid. he had thousands of mint comics. well, me and my brother were cataloging them after he passed away and trying to figure out what he had. we were young, maybe 12 for me and 15 for him, but we knew those stacks of boxes were worth money.
some were worthless, others though...
Amazing Fantasy #15 (first appearance of spiderman) goes for between 60-70K for a mint first print.
Action Comics No. 1 (first appearance of superman) sold for 3.2 million for near mint. if I remember right his was graded a 8.5 which means it would sell now for around 1 million
batman #1 which sells for about 350k in mint.
those were the 3 most expensive that I can remember, back then you can assume they would have sold for about half of what they sell for now. Well, my mom got tired of boxes of comics being everywhere while me and my brother were sorting them out, she asked which ones she could give away and we told her she could give away any that were open and not in plastic. same with the baseball cards he left us. well, she took all of the comics and baseball cards to the national guard armory and asked them to send them to troops overseas. ARE YOU KIDDING ME? good heart... stupid idea. That was my uncles lifetime of collecting cards and comics and worth millions now a days. we showed her what the ones we had cataloged was worth and she about lost it realizing how much money she gave away because she was impatient. some of his cards dated back to 1910, but they were in rough shape so wouldn't have been worth more than a few hundred. but when you have several thousand of them... it adds up.
How you been doing?its coming. nothings changed. but zoas are growing nicely. duncans are happy again.
