I should have been more specific. Did you have to purchase PVC rod and turn the OD and bore the ID?
No, I purchased PVC tubing that had the correct ID (or close to it) and the OD was oversize so I could turn it to the proper dimensions for the metric nut and 1" (1.315") PVC connection.

Where did you source the PVC tubing?

2000l/h 5/8" ID x 1-1/8" OD
5000l/h 3/4" ID x 1-1/4" OD
9000l/h 1" ID x 1-1/2" OD

All of the OD's need to be machined to fit the corresponding metric nut.

Those were available when I made mine. I did not like that on the 9000 L/H sensor which has a 1" ID you had to go down to 3/4" pipe with the imperial adapters and on the 5000 L/H down to 1/2" from the 20mm ID of the sensor.

I think the question was asking Member1 if he sold his custom fittings

I did make mine different then Member 1. I used parts from a union glued to the pipe then turned on the lathe.

Correct, unfortunately I don’t have a lathe. But if anyone wants to make a couple of those, I will buy them!

I need them for 2x 1" flowmeters (so 4 total) and 1x 3/8" flowmeter (so 2 total for this one).

I will look tonight possible I have some for the 1". I do not use the smaller one so never made any for that.

I just found myself in the same boat... I wish GHL would have gone the extra mile and provided custom non-reducing fittings.

Off to find some G1" to 3/4" Socket adapters. No lathe here.

I know this is an old post but I thought this is the easiest place to ask.

Could somebody make me a few adapters to use 1" pvc on a 9000 l/h sensor?

4 would be needed but I might be better off with 6. I don't think I really need to have 3 sensors on the 120g I'm planning to get. I think since I'm unable to do any of the physical maintenance on a tank I like to know a lot of information about how things are running at any given time. I would monitor flow from my return pump, UV sterilizer pump, and return drain (to know the total turnover).

I could pay for the effort/time it takes to make them.

I could but I am tied up with work until Christmas.

No need to measure the drains everything you return to the tank has to come back down the drains.

I'm not in a rush. I've been trying to plan a new tank build and just found out that Reef Savvy is going to hook me up for that. So it might be 10-12 months until that happens. So if you get some free time to make 2 sets I'd appreciate it.

I will look and see what I have

Forgot about this post

I never go around to doing anything for mine either.

Did I tell you I would make you some also?
I think you offered, but not sure how far we got. I explored a few other designs also. I just never circled back.
