Ghl not connecting

Is anyone else having problems connecting to there profilux? I have been trying to connect all day and it won’t work

Do you have the latest update installed on it? I had to update my stand alone doser. After which the connection has been solid.

I don’t have a computer to do updates, hopefully that’s not the issue

I think you will need a computer to do an update. That has been the case for me at least.
